  • Do you like the rent going up an insane amount every year, and being given a pittance of a "discount"? Do you like cheap stucco covered buildings that heat up like a oven that have the absolute cheapest and underperforming air conditioning units you can find? Do you like fickle payment policies where they decide one month they will except checks, and the next month they want, and then two months later they'll take checks again? Do you like the landscape team that will show up at six in the morning and stand outside your apartment with weed whacking for a long time a weed that it would take them five seconds to bend over and pull out my hand? Then you will love this complex. The turnover in tenets based on their service is about as high as the turnover in the office personnel. That speaks volumes about the company that owns the place.
