  • Very disappointed with this place. I bought a Triumph from them on a Saturday. Everything seemed to be going well (aside from the 4hour wait, which is probably normal for Saturday) I was just about to sign and the sales guy said they had the wrong bike and needed to charge me extra to cover the difference. I refused and they ate the cost. Then they gave the delivery guy the wrong address. The icing on the cake though...they delivered my a bike with a dead battery,no oil and little gas. I called first thing on Sunday and was told they couldn't do anything until Tuesday because they didn't have a driver until then. I don't have much faith in the service dept. if they cant determine how good a battery is. ** update** they came to get my bike Sunday tested and charged the battery and proceeded to insult me by saying I probably left the key in the on position overnight and the oil was so clean I probably couldn't see the level. Condescending ass holes. Why would I leave my key in my brand new bike!? And I know how to check oil. Would not recommend these guys.
