Worst customer service experience. Made appointment to get trailer hitch installed; Alex and Ben mentioned not in stock but can order and have in time for my appointment. I showed up for appointment and was told by Adam that they never did get the wiring kit. They could splice it but wouldn't be covered under warranty. I told him no. Main question was why wasn't it here when I was told it would be because they were going to order it from the location that had it in inventory. I could tell by the look on Adam's face, he didn't care to help me. So I said you really don't give a sh*t and he said I was right he didn't care. Really?!
