  • I had the pleasure of being served by Troy again and I knew that I was going to get exceptional service. I brought in a couple of older phones and a few older laptops to see what could be done if anything with upgrading them. Mind you these laptops were definitely over 5 years and were just running very slow. After a few hours Troy called me back and gave me an honest opinion about the laptops and let me know that it would cost more to upgrade the systems than buying new ones. By the way, he did mention that there were laptops for sale for a little over $100. After talking to him about what to do with them he did mention that they donate laptops to a worthy local charity. I asked him if he could make sure that anything that was on the phones and laptops would be erased and he readily agreed. As far as I'm concerned it's a win win. I am assured these laptops will be used by someone in need and the charity will also benefit from the laptops.
