  • I've been here a few times and it always disappoints in terms of their service. I walked in, no one greeted me or even approach me after 2 minutes of waiting. They lack in providing service to their guests; slow reaction and not efficient when it's not even busy. I waited 20 minutes just for an iced coffee and a bagel sandwich. Their ice coffee is decent and food is not bad but they can certainly work on better training their employees and/or customer service. I won't be returning back to this location.
