Bardot is a modern French brasserie located on the 2nd floor of Aria near the convention center, in the restaurant circle. I've been here a few times and really appreciated the friendly, prompt and humble service we had here.
The food was decent above average style Strip food, a slight edge over Mon ami Gabi (love their steak) only because of the foie gras here.
---- Recommend ----
* Foie gras parfait - 5 stars: Smooth, decadent, and absolutely perfect with their fresh bread.
* Hangar steak - 4 stars: Surprisingly good from what it appears but the fries were overly oily.
---- Pass ----
* Chocolate Macaron - 3 stars: IG-worthy enormous macaron the size of your head, nothing special.
* Mac n cheese - 2 stars: This looked so cool because it is a baked square of mac n cheese with each noodle facing up! It tasted very mediocre don't waste your stomach room on this one.
* Steak tartare - 3 stars: Fine, standard. Liked the potato chips. Wouldn't order again
* Salad - 2 stars: Pretty terrible bland sparse salad.
