  • *****THIS SHOULD BE ZERO STARS*****So, we just rented a home from this company... Waypoint/InvitationHomes The Nations Premier Property Management Company and it has been a disaster from day one! I saw the home online and fell in love with the house the location and the city. I should have seen the red flags when the "Leasing Agent" / company contact didn't return my calls or emails. Another representative from the company did after several emails and phone calls. They would only hold the home for us for 9 days which I guess I understand so whatever... We rent the home a full 3 weeks before we move in. The house is dirty and dusty... Our physical move in was on Tuesday January 2... within hours we start hearing gurgling noises from the plumbing... both toilets start clogging and when you flush either toilet you can hear it gurgle in the Kitchen sink... ew! Wednesday was our walk through with the move-in coordinator Chris Litchfield who seemed nice but not totally into the whole customer service thing... I told him about the noises and he basically gave me the old eye roll like I was just a dumb girl and said the gray water and black water lines are different and there's not a problem but he would get a plumber out to us. Now here we are on Saturday, there's been no plumber and both toilets are clogged and we have raw sewage in both of our bathtubs 3 inches deep! So much for the lines being different! 4 calls to Customer Service and no one seen s to care. I think they may source out the calls to a call center as you can barely understand anyone who answers the phone and they are completely clueless!!! They wanted to have someone out on Sunday! SUNDAY!!! No sense of urgency with both bathrooms out of use. It does a company no good to say they are the Premier property management company in the US If they are so big they can't see what really matters which are their residents. We thought it would be better to rent through a management company so that when maintenance issues arise there would be some one there. Not the case here. I highly recommend steering clear of renting from this company if you can help it. Not worth the trouble, not worth the time and definitely not worth the money.
