  • They remodeled a couple years back and I thought that was going to alleviate the seating problem but it hasn't at all. Everyone and their mother come to this location. It's hard to find a place to study. Although this is one of my favorite places to study, it's going down hill. Bathrooms are DISGUSTING! I avoid using theirs if at all possible. Most of the time they don't have toilet seat covers, floors are filthy, and they are out of soap. I'm usually here until about midnight or later some nights and I don't see a reason why they can't get them cleaned during these hours. They usually have 3-4 people on staff at night. I used to work at starbs and they have a system of getting tasks done and I definitely remember bathroom checks were regular. The lobby is also filthy. The trash cans are overflowing late at night and sugar and milk is spilled on the counter. Service is good some nights and crappy other nights. The only reason I come to this location is the 24 hour convenience. If there was a different location close to me that offered the same hours, I would try it. Keep in mind that they close early on Monday night at 12 or 1am.
