| - Be careful doing business with this company. The owner is super friendly and will win you over then he hands you over to his wife who sends you a 6 month contract to sign. Contract? I've never been asked to sign a contract with a pool service let alone when I don't know what quality work they do. The contract also spells out that the monthly rate you were quoted is different on 5 week months ($100 monthly is $125 on 5 week months which happens 4 times a year), that you are committing to a 6 month contract that is self renewing for 6 month terms, that there is a charge for breach of contract (unspecified mount), that they charge for every visit even if they're coming back to rectify something, weekends can be charged at $50-$150 for the visit, that it takes them 2-4 weeks to transition your pool to get it to best quality and that you must have a good working pump, filter and vacuum or in ground pop up system. So if they deem the equipment to not be up to par, you'll have to pay them to replace equipment so they will get the pool water quality up, otherwise too bad, you pay them for 6 months whether you like what they do or not. BEWARE. If you're ok signing up for this go for it. There are many pool service companies in the valley and, to my knowledge, none other than this one that requires a contract, let alone one that so heavily favors their company over the customer.
