Updating my review because combined between the Customer Service Manager, Erica and the General Manager, Lloyd, they reached out to me to make things right. Getting to know Lloyd for a few minutes was helpful and it seemed evident to me that they were looking to take care of me as a customer and make things right. So, while I would love to give them a 5 for today's service, I think I need to do a 4, simply due to the combined experience, but they are on the right path at earning my business more in the future.
