I've been a client and seller to kind exchange for 2 years. In the past year the company has gone downhill, shutting down several locations, turnover of management, and changing of policies without notice or communication. The quality of the selection is not the same and the ability to drop off is more and more seldom. They've discontinued the student discount, in addition to changing business hours. The customer service is inconvenient and the pricing is outrageously undervalued. I will now be trading, donating, and shopping elsewhere I've had enough of the inconveniences.
