The fist visit wasn't very pleasant. The receptionists ignored me while I was standing around the front desk for a few minutes. When leaving they did not give me clear instructions about my follow up check in for my contacts. My husband said I was just being picky when I told him what happened. I mean, he should know I am a picky person and a spoiled brat sometimes. I initially wrote a 3 stars survey review when the clinic sent me an email survey.
I went back for the second visit prepared to be disappointed. I got a very warm greeting when I walked in. The doctor cleared up all my issues and made sure I understood the process completely. I walked out with a happy face and happy heart.
They did not make a great first impression, however after going in to refit my contacts, they made up for it and I am very pleased now. I think that speaks volumes for their ability to receive feedback, and immediately put it into practice.
