| - Unable to give 0 stars, therefore I'm forced to give this horrible dealership 1 star. In retrospect, I felt that I was truly pushing my business onto this dealership. Let's start from the beginning.....
Called this specific dealership and spoke with salesperson, Donald Turner. Gave him the specifics of the car that I was interested in leasing (2017 CT 200H) Mr. Turner reported his plan to call me back. After waiting a few days, I called and was transferred to sales. I explained that I had spoke to "someone" but person never returned my call. Gave the individual the detailed information on vehicle I was interested in. Sales person called me back and explained that their sales manager was familiar with the car being searched for and knew the sales person who was to call me back. I never gave name because I had no interest in continuing a working relationship with Mr. Turner.
Evidently, initial salesperson is assigned to the customer even though the salesperson did nothing. I was transferred to Mr. Turner only for him to tell me that he had asked the female sales representative to call me.. LIE!!!
I decided to attempt to do business with Lexus of Henderson, which was a better experience, except I had elected to not pursue a lease.
Few weeks later, I discovered that Lexus of LV had a 2017 used CT 200H, premium package. I contacted internet sales person from Henderson to see if he could work the deal at LV store. Because he could not work the deal, he had referred me to Leigh Morehouse. After a week or writing emails, we were able to work out a deal that I was pleased with. Submitted application online. They ran my credit.
Because I was READY to finance a vehicle as planned, I turned in my old lease. My minor daughter and I arrived to Lexus of LV via Lyft. Met with Leigh Morehouse who introduced me to Mr. Turner. He said that we had met; 2nd LIE. Had to correct him that we had never met. Decided to move past the initial incompetence and work with Mr. Turner; MY ERROR.
During test drive, I quickly realized I was not driving the "premium package" with navigation as indicated online. Mr. Turner verified that someone evidently placed the wrong sticker price with information on the car AND the internet. Looked at all three CT 200H vehicles on their lot and none of them were what was advertised on internet site.
Not one apology from Mr. Turner or Ms. Morehouse. Mr. Turner explained that he was informed that there was a CT 200H in the back lot. We walked to the back lot to find a white CT brought in on lease that was actually a premium package with navigation. That car was actually a vehicle that I was interested in. I was told that they would not know if the dealership would buy the lease until Saturday afternoon. I was guaranteed a phone call to inform me of the dealership's decision to either buy the lease vehicle or not. If vehicle was purchased, I would have the option to buy the car from dealership. Following required inspection and cleaning process, car would possibly be available tomorrow, Wednesday (Sept 26th).
Fast forward to today, September 25th. I never received a call from Mr. Turner as promised. He even put a reminder in his calendar in front of me to call me on Sat, Sept 23rd. I still don't know if that lease vehicle is available. My credit has an unnecessary inquiry from this unprofessional dealership. I left a dealership without a car, even though I was prepared to purchase.
If I were the owner of this dealership, I would be mortified to know that I was paying these incompetent individuals to represent my company. Lack of professionalism; inefficiency; poor follow through; horrible customer service and false advertising is what you as a customer are guaranteed to receive, if you attempt to do business with this dealership.
Disclaimer.. I accept full responsibility for attempting to do business with this dealership despite all of the warning signs.
