I have to give it a star because I can't rate it a zero. My boss booked two rooms for us but at the last minute he had to cancel due to an emergency. I understand the hold that needs to be placed on a card but because it was through a business account coupled with the fact that I did not have enough money in my credit card to cover the hold we had to contact my boss who was in the middle of a medical emergency to send them an authorization letter. That was fine. At that point he still understood it. However the Manager sent the form via email and cc'd the supervisor. They did not tell me to tell my boss that he needs to cc both of them. Why? Because the manager just left. Literally just went home. In short it took 4 phone calls and a bunch of emails to finally get it to the right person all while my boss was going through his medical emergency. Overall the ordeal took an hour and a half. Well, needless to say, it's affected our relationship a bit. Regardless of that, I am very disappointed in the Hilton gardens. First off whether or not the manager was leaving they should have mentioned it to me to relay the message to my boss. Secondly, if he knew he was leaving, why did he not just delegate it to someone who was staying? Just doesn't make sense. Not staying here anymore.
