  • New Patient Phone Screen = Happy (talked to the vet) I like a vet that is hands on and friendly and Dr. Leffler sure made a great first impression. All of the vet assistants were with animals in rooms (the receptionist is bot ha groomer and an assistant too) he picked up the phone. They offer 10% discount on all services for multi pet families... and he volunteered that Jan and Feb are Dental discount months. For a non-geriatric dog dental is not the cheapest in the area ($191 + antibiotics) but the $35 wellness / $45 injury price for an office visit is after the discount. We may still go elsewhere for dental services, but four our hound's sensitive stomach that is acting up... I'll be heading in later today for an in person visit since the combination of friendly concern and pricing knowledge of the boss in charge won me over.
