  • I wish I could give them zero stars. They have horrible customer service locally and at their call center. I called in a service request yesterday morning and they show no record of it. So now I may have to wait up to an additional 3 business days to be contacted. They increase the rent a lot each lease renewal stating it's market rent for the area...but when I had my sister who is a local real estate agent look into it, she said the market rents were hundreds of dollars less per month. Do NOT rent from these people. You will be sorry!!!
