  • I would give this place zero stars if I could. Staff pretentious and rude- arrogant "barista" dudes too hip to care about customer service. Zero healthy food options. When I asked if they had a sweetener other than Splenda they curtly responded "no", not right now. Seriously? They were absolutely blasting Whitney Houston and Spin Doctors (is this supposed to be hip???) to where I couldn't converse with someone 1 foot from me, let alone get work done. I very politely asked if they could please turn it down, they said yes, then turned it up. It wasn't even 10am and they are blasting this awful music louder than a lame Scottsdale club. Obnoxious place. I'm in my 20's, love Lux and other coffee stops, but this place is a waste of time- these people don't deserve your money.
