  • No! No! No! I hired this company to do my start up chemicals after draining my pool. I was out of town so I trusted they could complete it with no issues. I also asked them to put in my new filters as I had ordered them and they were there and ready to go in. I get a call from this company saying my whole system is leaking, my pool vacuum won't stop spinning, the vacuum cord/pipe is very bad it's kinked and in bad shape(see photos of perfectly fine vacuum cord) ! This pool and equipment was just built 2 years ago! Fairly new!!! The system was leaking because I didn't properly put the lid on the system knowing the company would be out for service the next day Thursday...they didn't come till Friday! And then wanted to charge me $100+ just to install the new filters I had purchased not including the $44 visit fee and the other $100+ chemical startup! I get home and look over my pool equipment put in my new filters myself everything is working fine! And I noticed a pipe on the system that wasn't leaking before is now leaking it has been unscrewed to where it's lose now causing it to leak I'm guessing was done by this company! They left a huge mess and a pile of I'm guessing "start up chemicals" sitting on my pool floor. (See photos) I tightened it and my system is working perfect! THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU, MAKE YOU BELIEVE THINGS ARE BROKEN THAT ARE NOT AND POSSIBLY WILL BREAK THINGS OR MAKE THEM SEEM BROKEN WHEN THEY'RE REALLY NOT! I DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!
