  • The entire team was very professional. I had to have my entire system replaced. Greg, who came out to give me my options, was very patient and explained all my options and I did not feel like he was pushing anything on me, but rather educating me. The team that did the work was very courteous and respectful. I was so nervous when looking for a heating/air company because you hear horror stories but I felt 100% confident in my decision to go with Acosta! Bonus- if you're a Costco member you get an additional discount and the Costco guarantee!
