| - This was my second time staying at Hooters Hotel. My first visit I found the bed very uncomfortable. But decided to give the hotel another chance, as our fellow travelers were looking for someplace a bit cheaper then the big hotels. We upgraded our room to a suite. Our suite was two hotel rooms that had been turned into one suite. So it was nice to have two bathrooms. The problem was, two of the four days we stayed, our bathrooms were not cleaned. Just fresh towels. There was a very small balcony (not big enough for a chair) and when I opened the sliding door, it came off it track. The room was not bad, but was in bad need of an upgrade. Chipped tiles, rusty drain, things like that that need to be replaced. The casino itself I like because it's small and easy to find your group. But the customer service isn't the best. Long waits at the bar or on the casino floor to get a drink, and about 75% of the wait staff did not seem very happy to be there. Bottom line, this is a great hotel if you're young, don't have a lot of money, are just looking for a bed to sleep in and want to have fun in Vegas.
