  • Coworker is leaving for Canada?! When? TOMORROW?!?! OMG...I NEED A GIFT!! I knew exactly where to go. I've walked by this cute little store many times, but never had a reason to go in....until today. Cue background music of choice. The store is next to Ivy and Leo..which, by the way, took everything within me to NOT go in. Gotta stay focused. FOCUS!!! Browsing around, I was greeted with a friendly "Hi and Welcome!!!!!!!!" Well hello to you too Miss Chipper Chipperson. :-) The boutique has great gifts for just about anyone. Bridal items such as "I Do" type gifts and even "emergency bridal undergarment kit"...LOL! WHAT?! They had kids toys and gifts, really expensive looking candles, cute wine sets, little monogrammed dish towels, grocery shopping KITS (shut up..I need that), BBQ grilling Kit...I mean I could go on and on! The items were of high quality as well so you know you are getting your money's worth. Very boutique-like. Oh and lotions and foot and spa salts....all that stuff. I found a cute journal and note cards for my coworker and headed to the counter. Miss Chipperson asked if I wanted a punch card so I took one. Love those things. She also asked if I wanted my purchases gift wrapped. "Sure!!", I said....but then said "but how much??" Miss Chipperson: "Oh it's no charge! That's what we do here! You buy..we wrap it!" What?! Shut up. So she pulled the tooling and the ribbons and went to town on my little gift. It was so cute!! Prices are a tad high. My journal alone was $15 and it's tiny. The note cards where $15 as well. But you can't put a price on friends and again, they were cute and I'd buy myself one. Great experience....Miss Chipperson definitely made my day.
