  • Whether lunch, happy hour or dinner, Chelsea's is always packed. Seems like a lot of business-type lunches during the week, which means tables turn pretty quickly. I enjoy sitting out on the patio during the spring, it's so nice out. The Ahi is always right on. I love the French Dip. Fries. The chips. And the service seems to be always consistently on target. Why don't I give it more stars? I haven't ever had any one thing jump out at me. It's just an A-OK place, like the stars say.
