rev:text	Their service department kinda sucks. I haven't bought a car here yet and don't know if I will either. I've called all week to make an appointment to get my oil change message reset because the tech forgot to and never received a call back. This isn't the first time either. Last time it took 3 days to make an appt. for a basic oil change. I moved here from Charleston, SC where everything was very well organized. I'm losing faith in this fort mill ford dealer fast.
