  • This ULTA is horrible!!! No stock on shelves!! The two things I went in for. They only had one small size on shelf. The other perfume, rack completely empty. I went to the front told cashier there's noone on the floor to help me. And the shelves are bare!! She called for a manager. The manager went in the back and brought out one box of one of the perfumes I inquired about. And a handful of the purse size roll on perfumes, the other item I inquired about. Shouldn't those items be on the shelves if they have them? On to my next complaint. I told the manager this must be the middle size box. Because it costs xx $$ and I usually pay xxx $$. She said this was the largest size it comes in. I said, hmmm...ok. and bought it. Well I got home and it's much smaller than the empty bottle I have!!! They don't stock their shelves, know their products or maintain their store!! I NEVER give bad ratings. I don't waste my time. I just never go back. This store though was so bad if I could give a negative star rating I would!! This store is a FAIL!!!
