  • I've been searching for good ramen in this city for a while now and I was thrilled when I learned we had one downtown near my work. Everything on the menu looked good so I thought it would be promising. Sadly I was left very disappointed. I ordered a ramen bowl and paid extra to add kimchi. Once I got it back to my desk I realized they charged me for the kimchi but neglected to add it to my bowl which was very upsetting. I absolutely love kimchi so this was a big strike for me. On top of that their ramen is fairly pricey which was another complaint I had. Lastly, the ramen was very bland and tasteless. All of those things combined resulted in me having to give Yuzu a fairly low rating.
