  • Woman who answered the phone didn't seem so knowledgeable about the questions I was asking. She is the first person that people come into contact with when dealing with this office...was a bit concerning. Was told I need an authorization from my insurance, I told her shouldn't their office contact my insurance company for that....she responded "ohhh....yea." SMH...
