  • I really liked Kenan, he has a friendly disposition and was very knowledgeable. The staff were very accommodating as well. The star deduction is the lack of awareness of billing and insurance expectations. For two visits, I paid about $400 in office co-pays, lab co-pays and the rest left over from what insurance doesn't pay. I have great insurance and normally this hasn't been an issue in the past but for simple mole removal procedures I feel like I pretty much paid an amount that a person with insurance normally wouldn't. I had asked every time I went in and called to confirm certain charges wouldn't come through but they still did. So despite my due diligence, I was hit with several charges. I just wish they alerted you prior that these things could happen as I've never had to pay co-pays for a routine lab diagnosis that I didn't even physically go to.
