  • Another great complex to live in. I lived in Camden for a year, and I really enjoyed living there. My only complaint is that the rent is pretty high if you want a one bedroom. The interior of the apartments are really cute, and they have nice big roman tubs for you to take baths in (a huge plus in my book!) Maintenance is great here too. You won't wait long for your request to be serviced at all, and they offer weekly pest control- but you have to remember to sign up for it. Parking kinda sucks- yes you do get one covered- but if you want guests to come over, good luck! They will probably have to park at Target across the street and hike over. That being said, you're literally right next door to the love of my life, Target. And Albertson's. And Jamba Juice. And Starbuck's. And Einsteins. You're also a hop, skip and a jump from the 101. Good choice for a north Scottsdale apartment if you can afford it!!
