  • As someone who was beyond shamefully overdue for glasses and put a lot of time into looking around the area options that will take my insurance, I'm so glad I listened to my coworker who raved about this place. She raved for good reason - they're wonderful! I scheduled my appointment a few weeks out (but this was only due to my schedule and not theirs) and about two weeks out, I received an automated text message reminding me my appointment and asking me to confirm it. Once I arrived to check in, the staff was also very friendly, polite, and happy to answer questions. My appointment was with Dr. Witt and he was very thorough. I ended up getting glasses through them and appreciated that they helped me find frames that were similar to my much-loved pair. Even though I'd reviewed my insurance coverage before the appointment, the optician was careful to explain exactly what my insurance would cover and made sure I was comfortable with the cost before I paid. I was given an estimate of about a week, but the next morning I received another text letting me know my glasses were in and ready to be picked up along with their office hours. When I made it in they were careful to make sure the glasses fit me properly and reminded me to come back if there were any issues. Needless to say I'm joining my coworker in telling everyone to come here!
