I have a 98 Jaguar XJ8. I have taken the car to two import repair shops in North Olmsted and was disappointed on price, time spent and workmanship. A friend told me about Earl at North Coast Exotics. My first visit was for a sticking front caliper. I expected to leave the car for a few days. I was pleasantly surprised when he said he would repair it in an hour. Quick and painless. On another visit I needed rear brake pads. He was ready to do it and said it would be an hour. This time however, as I am a part time mechanic, I chose to buy parts and do it myself. He provided a few tips and I completed the repair in about 2 hrs.
From my few experiences, and watching them interact with other customers, I would say that they provide a good service, quickly ( obviously dependent on the issue) at a fair price.
Could it be in a better neighborhood or a newer facility? Sure. Is that a requirement of mine, no.
I'll be back. His team has a lot of knowledge and I like that they shared that knowledge even when they knew I was going to perform the work myself.
If you own a Jaguar, or other exotic car in the Cleveland area, you should give them a try.
