  • This is the second bad experience with these people. I had my regular oil change service for my 2013 honda odyssey with 40k mileage on it. As per the last service i have been asked to change the transmission fluid and due to huge labor cost i changed the transmisson fluid by myself in November.When i go this time i am not sure these people see the oil color or not before they call, they called me and saying you need to change transmission fluid and break fluid as well,giving a quote for about $380. I said no need to do anything and just asked them to change the oil alone. Once i come back and i called my experienced mechanic to take a look at the fluids(he had around 20yrs experience) and he surprised to say "who told you to change the fluid??" the break fluid is good for next 50k miles and transmission fluid is very red as i changed only november. This is the second time i lost my trust with Honda of concord and will never go back again. People stay away from this dealership. they will pull your pant and underwear as well!!!
