Today I experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever received at a bank. (I have been banking with the Bank of America for over 12 years).
On the way to drop my wife off at the airport, we needed to get a letter notarized so my wife could take my daughter on an international flight. Stopped by this branch.
Was told that although there was a notary, she could not help me right now but I could have an appointment in an hour. ?!? Explaining we needed it and were headed to the airport just got an "I'm sorry." Atrocious.
