Used to do all my grocery shopping and baby shopping here since its cheaper than giant eagle and closer but I haven't shopped here in a couple months after a terrible experience when I was trying to buy a.camera. Online it stated this location had it but when I went there they claimed they couldn't find it. I was getting ready to leave and asked a manager if she could double check so she pulled up the website and noticed it did say they had the camera and their inventory showed they had several in the back room. The manager up at customer service then told me to go back to the electronics section and let them know the manager said they are in the back. I told a different employee then the one I spoke to first and he rolled his eyes and walked to the back BUT.... HE DIDNT EVEN ASK ME THE CAMERA MAKE OR MODEL SO HOW DID HE KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR. while he was away another woman was at the counter and I told her what happened and she said "we dont have cannons" ugh really cause I saw two on the shelf and your inventory states you have this model in the back. You didn't even look sweetheart. She then turned away and was eating cookies telling another.employee she can't bend over or pick things up cause she thinks she's pregnant. The boy who went to the back room returned 20 minutes later claiming they didn't have it and when I asked what camera they "didn't have" he said " the one you wanted" so he didn't even go back there knowing what to look for. I have since wrote to corporate THREE TIMES and called to try and get in touch with someone but my emails and phone calls are never returned. I will never step a foot in a walmartt again. I spent way too much money here for several years to not even get a automated email response back. A phone call. Or anything WORST CUSTMER SERVICE EVER
