| - First time using them, and I am VERY disappointed. I should use yelp more often to read reviews prior to tending business.
I had six dress shirts, two of which were custom tailored, laundered here. When I picked them up and brought them home, I noticed the button on the first shirt was damaged. Come to find, four of the six shirts had at least one or two buttons damaged!
Like anyone else would do, I brought them back to help me understand how this happened, and of course with expectations of them to fix it.
After a brief lesson on dry cleaning, according to them, it is expected to have buttons damaged when being laundered... okay... but four out of my six dress shirts on my first time (and last) using them?!?! Oh and by the way, it's $2/button to replace. Yes... they insisted I pay for the damage the caused. Can any reasonable person find this an acceptable business practice?
I made it clear that I don't intend paying for it, and expect them to repair the damaged buttons. They kept the shirts and said they will get back to me on Saturday (three days later) after they talk to the manager.
One star for damaging my shirt buttons and poor customer service.
