  • I fell in love with the Double Door a few years ago when I first moved to Charlotte. My boyfriend and I didn't have cash on us and when we realized you needed cash for entry, this guy who was a regular shelled out 40 bucks if we promised to keep coming back. Nuff said...the crowd is always down The Double Door never disappoints, great shows, great drinks specials and very casual. They also have a pool table and old school pinball machine. They have a patio as well, but as a non smoker...I don't last too long out there. Last time I was there a few weeks ago, I even got on stage and played the tambourine with the act, best night ever!
