Bookmarked this place for a long time and tbh I was a bit skeptical when I found the pastry shop, since it was so small, the shelves were almost empty and everthing was not on the fancy side if you know what I mean. But hey, who cares if their pastries doesn't look fancy when they taste AMAZING.
I randomly picked the almond croissant and the blueberry tart, and both of them were probably the best I have ever tried.
- The almond croissant did not freshly came out of the oven since it was cold, but it still tasted ridiculously good. You can really taste the almond (they have thin almond slices on the top and almond paste in the inside). The croissant itself was soft but has a nice crunch on the outside, and it was not too flaky. I don't know but the texture was different...really special in a good way though.
- The blueberry tart was also great. The crust was buttery and was not too crumbly. The amount of sugar was just right, it was not overly sweet.
I will come back for sure and I will probably show this place to all my friends because their pastries are truly delicious.
