  • I have had a mixed experience. I have a Groupon for a year's worth of facials. The receptionists have sometimes kept me on hold a long time. The one I just called seemed very distracted, and she didn't seem to be listening so I had to repeat myself about everything. The first aesthetician did everything (including hands, I mean) but lectured me repeatedly on using sunscreen until I had to point blank tell her I heard her the first time. Not relaxing. Of the next two or three only one did hands. I don't know why they're inconsistent. The other asetheticians have all been really nice.
