  • Highly disappointed ' this is not the first time I have dealt with zales, they have always been a place I would recommend until now. Long story short me and my now husband were getting married therefore we went to purchase rings, the jeweler of course asked for our preferences he was a younger asian man we SPECIFIED we did not want titanium nor sterling silver we were absolutely up front with what we wanted the young man showed us some options and we finally chose what we wanted mind you during this process he was rushing us to chose and apply for a credit card, I believe marriage is a bind between two and by coming to zales you should want to exceed your customers expectations, anywhere we chose our rings and the young man stated our choice was white gold with rose gold interior lining both me and my husband purchased our rings AFTER signing up for a credit card, one got approved and denied after being approved we paid for more than half of our purchase with the credit card, we then had to pay almost $200 to get them resized, after getting married with these rings my husband took a shower and noticed his finger turn green and the interior turning a different color we went back to recieve the most absurd rude unprofessional customer service ever, I myself am in the customer service field and never have I once encountered this, the jeweler who handled our situation and concerns then told us our rings were sterling silver, we simply asked to work this situation out and not only got denied but the woman refused to call her manager after I asked her for someone better to assist me, also begin to tell us we lose out on all the money we spent not only.on the rings but the extra cost of resizing, we got married as one with these rings, no compensation, no sympathy, no desire to help us. After this I would rather go to another jewelry company and will never recommend this place to the many of my friends getting engaged and married or simply looking for a gift in the future. If this is your guys standard of procedure when it comes to dealing with customers and there needs amd.how you train employees you have it all wrong. Extremely disappointed with the zales in the south premium outlets.
