  • Karen is very caring and attentive but her colour correcting skill is awful. I had a reddish brown hair to begin with. I tell her that I want an ash brown colour but I don't want to bleach my hair so she recommended me to do a colour wash and add some subtle highlights. I said ok, as long as it gets rid of the "red" and the highlights are subtle. The result is TERRIBLE! A very light golden brown hair with very patchy yellowish highlights. HEART ATTACK! I tell her that it's not ash brown and I don't like it at all so she coloured it with a dark ashy brown this time. You know what? The result is "Greyish brown", with my pale skin, I look like an old woman. Even though it's been a year ago, I still couldn't forget what she does to my hair. I used to have even coloured brown hair but after she ruined my hair, it can never be healthy again, no matter what hair treatment I did. The bottom part of my hair is still brassy.
