  • I had both a really good and a really bad experience. First, I think his name was Chris, he was very rude. Literally the worst employee I've ever seen in my life because he couldn't care less about the customer. But then this guy Marchin was absolutely amazing. He was so respectful, courteous, genuine, and kind. He really cared about helping me fix my iPhone and even got it done a day early! If you go to this place, I highly recommend asking for Machin because he is a saint!
