  • Do not use this company! I don't feel right even giving them one star. My water heater exploded over a month ago and they have yet to finish a single repair. We were forced to move out while they insisted the floor be ripped out and they've had workers there for less than 2 hours in a 4 week time period. When I threatened to fire them, they sent out a customer service rep that promised the world, only to have his boss, Eduardo, rescind every offer he'd given us to make things right. When they finally got someone out there to paint the walls, they used the wrong color and then refused to repaint with the color we agreed upon since day 1 because "this one was cheaper." I feel like I'm being punked every time I speak to this company, because their customer service skills are worse than anything I've ever dealt with. Our final meeting consisted of Eduardo admitting that he's used to dealing with "less educated customers that don't have knowledge of the industry and he can usually guide them to what he wants." Please don't use this company, or you will be the next author of yet another 1 star Yelp review.
