| - This starbucks saved my sanity one day. Due to lines I had been getting coffee at the starbucks located outside this hotel on the strip the 24 hour one, can't find them on yelp otherwise I would review them. Bought 2 coffees and a special mocha at the starbucks outside. The barista at the outside location was very rude-the first rude employee I encountered there in 3 days. I asked for a cup of whipped cream when I got my drinks because the past few days they'd done it for free. Rude barista said it is an extra charge I told her they had just given it to me the past few days, she said, "well I wasnt here, I dont make the rules." Pretty sure she just didn't wanna do it for whatever reason. If I worked for a huge corporation people loyally supported I wouldn't care abt a little whipped cream to maintain consistency and make someone happy. So long story short-I walk into the hotel, as I go to get on the elevator the doors start to close and coffee in the tray spills, just the scalding black coffee tho-gets all over my wrist. Cleaning ladies intervene, I walk to the other starbucks the one inside the hotel to see what they can do for me. But first I try to get some water on my wrist that is still burning. I stand in a short line with my half soaked tray and specialty drink that is still standing strong. I tell the girl what happened and she is super empathetic and kind and asks if I am ok, tell her I burned the F outta my wrist but all good. And then she says, "well I can just give you knew coffees," and a light beams outta the dark shtshow of a morning. She happily gets me new coffees of the day and a new tray. Then I ask abt the whipped cream and she says, I can just give it to you, I don't care. So, very good form TI starbucks, your kindness and dedication to a customer in need really resonated with me. I will be back to see you guys tomorrow morning, outdoor 24/7 statbucks be damned!
