  • My fiancee's car was having an issue late on a Sunday afternoon and needed to be towed. I called around and everyone was going to be at least 3 hours until they could get a truck out. AAA said they would be there in less than an hour. Luckily my fiancee's car broke down close to home and we were able to wait on our couch. The dispatcher gave us a call 5 minutes before the truck was to arrive so we could meet him. The whole process only took a few minutes and the cost was just under $150 to have the vehicle taken to the dealership. The driver was friendly and courteous and took care of dropping the keys in the night drop box at the dealership for us. It was great that they were able to help us out so quickly and could still make our dinner reservations later in the evening.
