| - I purchased my new Jeep here, using auto pricing from my bank. During the purchase, the sales rep told me that if I should want to come back before the end of the year to get navigation or any of the extras, just to come in and ask for him, and he would sell it to me for the same price as if I had bought it when I purchased the jeep. Too bad for me though, when I came back four months later, he tried to play it off like I misunderstood what he was talking about- even though I had written it down with his name on it with the price he'd quoted, and kept it with his business card. So I bought my GPS upgrade directly from Mopar using online services, for the same price without the dealer getting any commission of it, and for $300 less.
So two months later when the oil change is due, I call the dealership and they confirmed that they have express lane service until 9 o'clock. That weekend, I go into get my own oil changed, and the service shop says no your car has to be here before 4:30 PM; so now I've wasted my time because they can't even decide what hours they're willing to provide service. I've course had to go out of town, the next day, so I wasn't able to get my own oil changed. So today, I leave work early and get there at 4:15. I ask for an oil change, and the guy behind the counter says he'll go check. So he leaves me standing outside on the sidewalk, and 15 minutes later he drives up with somebody else's vehicle, and then proceeds to tell me that they still have two vehicles left to do and they're not taking anymore. This just happens to be the same guy that told me to be there before 4:30 the week prior.
I may have bought a decent car from them, but their service is the worst dealership service I've ever had.
Spend your money somewhere else, you'll be glad you did.
