I went to this place to get lunch and didn't realize it was only 10:30 am, so when I asked for the number 2 I got the breakfast menu item. After a good deal of back and forth (more than you would think) they removed the breakfast and gave me the lunch... why in the heck do you have the same number for 2 items?!?! That is McDonald's Corp. Fault I guess?
Another time after that I asked for the double cheeseburger meal and was told they dont have a meal for that... um WHAT?! That has been on the menu since I can remember, not only that, since when has any fast food place not accommodated a customer by using their computer and the options inside of it to do a meal? It is called a substitute... I bet they have an icon for it and everything...
This place needs to train their employees on customer service and apparently on their computers. For a while I have been asked when I drive thru what my order was so they can give me my food, which is literally on their screen and in order of who is in the drive thru. Sadly "I'm not loving it"... not loving it at all Luckily taco bell, jack in the box, del taco and I hate to mention it but Burger King, where you can "have it your way", are all within walking distance of this location.
