  • I initially came here with the $65 new client signature service package which included a 60 minute customized therapeutic massage, add-on of cupping or hot stone enhancement, hot towel treatment, and choice of aroma therapy (as it reads from the ad on their website). I purchased a treatment as a gift for a friend and decided to return because I wanted to try it out for myself. My first experience here was not as I had anticipated. I guess I had my expectations too high after reading reviews on yelp. Elliot, the owner, reached out to me to make sure I got to experience the true IMR experience first hand. You can truly tell that he was genuinely interested in providing exceptional service to all his clients and NOT a money hungry business owner. For this reason, I decided to give IMR another try. My second time around I received a 60 minute deep tissue massage with no ad-ons with Leah. Leah was absolutely phenomenal! She made sure I felt comfortable and that I was okay with the pressure she was exerting throughout my treatment. I came in with tight muscles all throughout my shoulders, neck, and back and left feeling relaxed and light. She did not let the stubborn knots in my back deter her from getting the job done. Instead, she spent her time thoroughly to rid them. She was very patient and her technique was as if she had her resume written in her hands. Thank you Elliot for your excellent customer service and proving to me why IMR consistently has a five star rating on yelp! I can't wait to return for my future treatments here with the IMR team.
