  • I just discovered this place in its original location in Costa Mesa, then went a day later in Newport and both times were amazing. I find out when I get back from California that there's one in CLT. I come home to CLT, bring my boyfriend to my new favorite place and it. was. horrible. Service was absolutely slow and the people behind the counter were so careless and rude. I was so disappointed because in California it was so chill and friendly and this was the complete opposite. Hope you guys make some changes.
