| - Let me begin by saying I love Apple products and this review is strictly about the service (or lack there of) I've received at this store, in particular their "manager" Amanda. I only went to this location, and not Summerlin, where I usually get all of my apple products because they are the only store that had available appointments for the IPhone 6 battery replacements. So, I dropped off my phone on 1/31, it was inspected by one of their techs not to have any water or cosmetic damage. Come back on 2/5 to pick it up and I am told my battery is not covered due to water damage. It gets better, when I got home, the phone wouldn't charge and I noticed that the glass is not tight on there. Best yet, the phone is bent! When you lay it flat on the table, one corner comes up. It is a very obvious bend and it definitely was not there when I dropped it off. I go back to the apple store, that's when the very rude manager Amanda tells me that they will re-position the glass that was placed back on there wrong, fix the charging issue, but will not take any responsibility for the bend since it's physically impossible for them to do it and the tech who examined my phone most likely just didn't notice it at drop off. I was outraged. She kept cutting me off and stating that I am not getting a new phone even though I never asked for one. I just wanted them to fix what they messed up and return the phone to me in at least the condition that I left it there in. Apple corporate was able to fix the situation and restore my faith in Apple. They are providing me with a new phone that will be shipped to me since I refused to go back there and deal with Amanda again. Very poor management style, I think that's why all the employees don't seem friendly or knowledgeable there. Will never return or recommend this store while she is still the manager there.
