Maybe it was the overhype from friends but it was really really mediocre. I would suggest dumpling king or dumpling house if you want dumplings. I felt the dumpling skin was too soft and the noodles were very boring. The prices were also high comparatively. To paint a picture it was all caucasians there. (Nothing wrong but we were the only Asians and that says a lot for a restaurant in Chinatown) No special dishes here either to make a trek out for. It IS a very spacious restaurant and accommodating compared to most restaurants in Chinatown. Also decent service (better than most Asian restaurants). Maybe that's why it's so popular among caucasians. :)
