  • by far the WORST experience I have ever had living in an apartment complex. The place is absolutely INFESTED with cockroaches -- it was disgusting. Also, the health department shut down the pool all summer because it was a bright green color and the electrical wiring underneath the pool was not grounded out properly, so yes you could get electrocuted. The green pool however didn't stop groups of people who didn't live at the complex from sneaking in to have parties at night time, which was easy because the locks on the gates were always broken. Always fun to find condoms floating around the pool. Tons of rats running around outside.. anytime it rains the wifi goes out .. lost packages -- I really cant say one good thing about my year there. I lived with the connor group in ohio and had a wonderful experience which is why I lived there in charlotte - do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
